What services do we offer?
For services, we offer 2x a week, weekly, bi weekly, and one time cleanups.
Do we have contracts?
We do not do contracts! However if redeemed a coupon there is a 2 month service agreement.
How/When do we bill?
We do all of our billing through our client portal. We charge post services every 1st of the month.
How long does a typical clean up take?
The time spent on each yard varies depending on the lot size and the number of dogs, however our technicians typically average about 10-15 minutes per yard after the initial clean up.
Where do we service?
We currently service Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and Queen Creek.
Do we need to be home when you arrive?
Absolutely not! We understand you might be busy so as long as there is a way for us to access the yard we can work while you are out and about. You will still receive an eta text when we are on our way and and a completed text once we are finished.
How do we know when you are on your way?
We always send out an ETA text upon arrival and a completed text once finished.
Do we sanitize?
Yes! We offer sanitation for your whole yard for $25 per service.
Do we offer discounts?
Yes! We offer $20 off of your very first invoice upon joining us! We also offer $25 credit to your account for every referral you may have!
How can we be assured all the poop is scooped?
Our technicians always make sure to do a second walk through of the yard before leaving to make sure all the poop is gone!

Always! If you are ever not satisfied with our visit, do not hesitate to call us so we can make it up to you!
Do we scoop on rainy days?
If the rain is excessive, we will let you know ahead of time and plan for the next available day the weather is clear.
Do we haul the waste?
We use scented bags so typically we will place the waste within the proper trash can if you are okay with us doing so. Otherwise, we can haul the waste if you’d like or if there is not enough space within your garbage can.
