How often do we visit?
Frequency of visits is upon your choosing. We provide weekly, 2x/week, bi weekly, and one time clean ups!
Do we have contracts?
We do not require contracts! You can cancel service at anytime however if you do use a promo/discount, we do have a 3 month commitment period for service otherwise the original amount will be charged towards your final invoice.
How/When do we bill?
Our billing is handled through sweep and go, which can be accessed from our client portal at the top of the home page. We are fixed prepaid and bill the first of every month!
How long does a typical clean up take?
The time spent on each yard varies depending on the lot size and the number of dogs, however our technicians typically average about 10-15 minutes per yard after the initial clean up.
Do we need to be home when you arrive?
Absolutely not! We understand you might be busy so as long as there is a way for us to access the yard we can work while you are out and about. You will still receive an eta text when we are on our way and and a completed text once we are finished.
How do we know when you are on your way?
We always send out an ETA text upon arrival and a completed text once finished.
Do we sanitize?
Yes! We offer sanitation for your whole yard for $25 per service.
Do we offer discounts?
We always run discounts for new customers. Right now we offer the initial clean up free with regular service!
How can we be assured all the poop is scooped?
All technicians are trained to double check the premise after scooping via gridding the yard.

Always! If you are ever not satisfied with our visit, do not hesitate to call us so we can make it up to you!
Do we scoop on rainy days?
If the rain is excessive, we will give you plenty of notice before rescheduling you for the next available day when the weather is clear and we’re back in your service area.
Do we haul the waste?
We use scented bags and leave the waste in the proper trash bin if your can is out however if you would like us to haul the waste we will do it for no additional charge!
How much does service cost?
Rates vary depending on frequency of visits and the number of dogs you have. Click “get a free quote” to receive an exact price!
How do I begin service?
To start service simply click “get a free quote” then enter you zip code, number of dogs, cleanup frequency, and the last time the yard was cleaned. Once complete, you will receive pricing info along with a “sign up now” form. After you have filled that information in click “get started” and we will reach out to you same day to schedule your clean up!
Do initial clean ups cost more?
For initial clean ups we typically on average charge an additional $15-25 on top of the recurring service price if there is a big build up of poop. Assuming no discount is used, this is a general estimate and can be more or less depending on what we quote the yard upon arrival.
Do we offer one time only services?
We do offer one time clean ups. Click any of the quote buttons on our site to get to the “sign up now” form. From there fill out the information and click “get started”. We will reach out same day to determine pricing/scheduling.
Do we service year round?
Yes, we operate year round with the exception of major holidays!
Do we service on holidays?
We service most holidays except for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Do I need to leave the gate unlocked?
We do require the gate to be unlocked on your service day but we are always more than happy to lock up for you after the service is completed!
Can I leave my dogs out?
As long as your dogs are friendly we have no problem working around them!
If I go on vacation, can I temporarily suspend my service?
We are able to pause your subscription so if you go on vacation let us know and we can temporarily suspend your service!
Can I choose my service day?
We have pre selected days based on your service area however we always try to be as accommodating as possible and always send out eta/completed texts with every visit as well!
