They send the text to let me know they are on the way, and the best is that after the service, they send me a Pic of the gate being locked. The yard is clean of the poo. Truly a great service! Transparency 💯 great customer service, prompt communication! As well as getting rid of the 💩! I love the notification when the cleaning will start, when it ends and the photo of how gate is left. On the first trip I forgot to mention the gate didn't latch, and I recieved a notification with the concern they couldn't close the gate as they left; if that isn't great customer service i don't know what else i can say. 10/10 highly recommend!
