How often do we visit?
Frequency of visits is based upon your choosing. We provide weekly, 2x/week, bi weekly, monthly and one time clean ups!
How or when do we bill?
Our billing is handled through sweep and go, which can be accessed from our client portal at the top of the home page. Billing will depend upon your preferred billing preference and will be communicated prior to any service!
Where do we service?
We currently service Gilbert, Mesa, Apache Junction, Chandler, Sun Lakes, Queen Creek, Tempe, Scottsdale, and parts of Phoenix and Laveen. Tap free quote to see if we service your area!
Do we need to be home when you arrive?
Absolutely not! We understand you might be busy so as long as there is a way for us to access the yard we can work while you are out and about. You will still receive an eta text when we are on our way and and a completed text once we are finished.
How do we know when you are on your way?
We always send out an ETA text upon arrival and a completed text once finished.
Do we sanitize?
Yes! We offer both weekly and bi-weekly sanitation options.
Do we offer discounts?
Promos are subject to change at any time and are typically listed at the top of the home page.

Do we scoop on rainy days?
Unless there is harsh weather such as heavy rain/lightning we will still be out for service. In the event that we can’t service you we will make sure to notify you.
Do we haul the waste?
We use scented bags and leave the waste in the proper trash bin if your can is out however if you would like us to haul the waste we will!
How much does service cost?

How do I begin service?

Do initial clean ups cost more?
If there is a build up of poop we will charge an additional amount for the first service. Quotes will be provided upon the time of sign up.
Do we offer one time only services?
We do offer one time clean ups! Sign up online or text/call 480-351-4859 for a FREE Quote!
Do we service year round?
Yes, we operate year round with the exception of major holidays!
Do we service on holidays?
We take off almost all federal holidays to allow our team time to spend with friends and family. But not to worry, we will be on double-dooty the following week to ensure all the waste will be picked up in the event that your service falls on a holiday. All skipped visits will be communicated prior to each holiday to ensure you have timely notice and prompt communication.
Do I need to leave the gate unlocked?
We do require the gate to be unlocked on your service day but we are always more than happy to lock up for you after the service is completed!
Can I leave my dogs out?
As long as your dogs are friendly we have no problem working around them!
If I go on vacation, can I temporarily suspend my service?
We are able to pause your subscription so if you go on vacation let us know and we can temporarily suspend your service!
Can I choose my service day?
We have pre selected days based on your service area however we always try to be as accommodating as possible and always send out eta/completed texts with every visit as well!
